As if running without water was not good enough, the Kaionwave goes a step further beyond conventional washing machines and literally cleans every fiber of the cloth. Making use of free radicals of oxygen (quite powerful - if you recall your science classes) along with Ultraviolet light to kill all kinds of germs and bacteria. Unfortunately, the device which may have gone a long way in ending our water woes only works on a particular type of cloth , and our normal clothes just wont do.Continue reading "Electrolux Kaionwave : The waterless washing machine" »

The Consumer Product Safety Commission estimates that 72,000 medical emergency room visits occur in the U.S. annually due to snow removal injuries including over exertion, heart attacks, strokes, back, muscle, joint and snow blower injuries. It would be a perfect product which would help in eliminating all these injuries, all the better if its non-electric, it would be much more reliable then the 'replace it if broke' syndrome that has afflicted the planet with disastrous consequences to nature.
What do you do if you have the most environmental friendly girl friend, who cringes at waste yet loves romantic gestures. Autoblog managed to get a few spy shots of Ferrari's latest baby at Germany’s Nürburgring. There is no such thing as bad publicity, and the age old adage holds true. Playstation 2 fans who love horror games may not have heard of the Rule of the rose, but the latest decision to ban it has garnered it a host of publicity. Originally developed by Sony for Japan only, the game drew widespread criticism owing to its themes of child violence and sexuality despite being rated 16+.
Bringing on a sharp stinging attack, Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo America claimed that Nintendo hopes to sell at least 1 million consoles by December of this year and that they had priced the Wii to make profits. Clearly taunting close competitors Sony and Microsoft whose Playstation3 and Xbox360 make a loss for every console sold, Reggie said that Nintendo was in the business to make a profit and was doing so.
