xda_flame_1.jpgWar has been declared and the gloves are off. With Apple planning to enter the handset market for sure, the makers are sweating buckets. O2 for one, has decided to enter the arena with fanfare. The Flame (though not declared officially), is touted to be one to watch out for. Planned to go on sale in 2007, the feature list seems endless while including 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, a TV-out port, a two megapixel camera amongst others.

'Flame will sport a 3.6in, 480 x 640 display driven by an Nvidia GoForce 5500 graphics and media chip. It's got SRS WOW HD sound enhancement on board too.' Planned to be marketed as the first PDA with dual processors (yea can you believe that, our PCs' still run on single processors and these guys have decided to take the next step already. The primary processor will be 520MHz Intel XScale PXA270.
