Toshiba proposes 100 GB iPod model

Posted by Funkyguy on December 11, 2006 1:20 PM

ipod_nano.jpgTalk about advances. The pace at which technology moves is not just killer in itself, but it is relentless. Toshiba has come out with what it claims is the highest capacity drive for mobile computing. For iPod users who already own a 80 GB model, the move could mean that they could now store about 5000 more songs, bringing up the total count to 25,000 songs.

The new device will be available from January however Apple has so far declined comment as to whether they would be interested in using the drive for bringing out a newer version
