I still remember the good old days of Barbie, there used to be people who were afraid that girls would read too much into looking pretty and waste their careers. Unfortunately, those days are long gone, and by the way, their fears did come true. Our generation idolises looking at the cost of everything else resulting in disorders which i prefer to call as diseases - anorexia for one. Rather than go on mumbling, I shall do as the Ed asked me to and mention these fashionable new dolls that are not content to stop at allowing the kids to change clothes.
Rather these 'Dreamgirls Fashion Dolls are crafted of high quality vinyl and hard plastic, and have multiple articulated joints for unlimited posing possibilities.' The dolls will feature interchangeable wigs and separate outfits that follow their changing careers and invoke wig play amongst the dolls. In early 2007, the line will expand to include a three doll set of The Dreams, representing the trio as an independent group at the height of their career, and specially designed clothing inspired by the film's costumes.
