Rather then the old code name of Xenon, the new Xbox will be called as the Zephyr. Now before you go about expecting an all new version of the Xbox after the 360, then rest assuredly for Microsoft has no such plans after sinking so many funds into the development of the Xbox 360. Rather the Xenon will be an upgraded version of the 360 and will have features such as an HDMI output and a 120 gigabyte hard disk drive.

With Xbox live promising to get much bigger in the future with plans of having entire movies in addition to music, the 120 gigs does not seem to be ridiculous anymore. Better yet, the HDMI port promises 1080p resolution which effectively solves the whole digital rights issue which is bound to get even larger in the future.
