Philips AJ300D iPod docking entertainment system
March 22, 2007

p2.jpgIn what can be only called as one of the most well designed and good looking docking systems to come out in a long time, the Philips AJ300D consists of a alarm, clock, FM radio (5 stations preset) and of course a speaker system that does the iPod proud. A powerful looking remote control promises to handle all the functions without the user needing to get up. Philips has even empowered the AJ300D with 'wOOx loudspeaker technology' which will have a powerful bassy effect, better than ever before. The AJ300D while sounding professional, does not allow any tweaks with the built-in equaliser system.

This means that the user has to be limited to the equaliser setting present on board or fiddle around with his iPod in the hopes that the change will reflect through on to the dock. The iPod dock even offers AM / FM tuning which is pretty good as compared to other systems. Coming from Philips, this system is also compatible with the GoGear series of music players besides the iPod.

For 70$, iLounge certainly make the AJ300D sound its worth.
