All funky readers who are dedicated bling addicts can now rest in peace. The euphoria over bling which many thought would die out like any other fashion trend has just taken a leap, in the right direction. Philips have announced a deal with the crystal company Swarovski. Designers from both companies will work together to produce the ultimate bling in consumer electronic accessories. The new brand shall be called ' Active Crystals'.

The company will announce its arrival with two initial products in April of this year, they shall be a flash drive and headphones. The target audience of active crystals shall be women between teh ages of 20 and 40 years. Prices will be kept in the modest range from 40 to 250 Euros for an accessory.
