I guess it had to happen. With all the waterproof devices that promised to play music, bath tubs were feeling left out. Fashionfunky was even approached by the head bath tub of them all, a stupendously sized tub from the Victorian times to take up the 'No electronics in tub' fight to the people. However it did get into the thick shell of the tub that progress of technology simply cannot be stopped. I guess the tubs decided to join 'em if they could not fight 'em.
These new generation tubs have been born with transducers on their surfaces which would be near the waterline when filled. These literally 'bathe' the person inside in sound. The sound system promises stereo quality.
The player is even able to hook up with most other portable players to tap into their playlists, including the ubiquitous iPod.
The MTI Stereo H20 system will be officially unveiled in May.
