Not that you would really wonder why she needs to go in there, heaven knows it would be saving reams and reams of newspaper which could do very well without her antics for a few days but it really does seem that Paris Hilton may soon be joining Tweener in prison.

For Paris though the charges are quite different. Prosecutors are recommending upto 45 days behind the bars for Miss Hilton for violating her parole conditions. She had previously pleaded no contest to drunk driving and was stopped this time for driving without her headlights on. Prosecutors also want the hotel heiress to be banned from consuming alcohol for 90 days and to wear a monitoring device to ensure she complies with this order.
