I love Skype, and that is something that I shall harp on for the rest of the month. Or so I thought. Well my initial euphoria was because they have done something adorable for this years mothers day - which falls on May 13 - all calls made from Skype users in America and Canada to call any number in the world whether landline or cellphone, completely free of cost. They are calling this the Gift of Gab. And before I forget, Intel has also tied up with Skype to make this come possible.

The promotional offer shall run for 24 hours ; but unfortunately for us, who are The Freaking Cricket World Cup Winners THREE TIMES IN A ROW ; there is no such offer. We shall continue to pay Skype for everything as usual that day.
