Smart Shopper : Voice based grocery listing

Posted by Funkyguy on May 9, 2007 1:32 PM

p31862b.jpgNow that what I call technology. I simply go through the list of things that I need to buy in a loud voice. They keep getting added throughout the week and when you press the print button, a list is printed out, ready to take to supermarket with seperate categories and sections for errands and things to buy. Sounds great, but I dont know if it has features like strike that and add that. Since I doubt the thing is going to have any AI worth mention, those features probably wont be there.

It retails for $150 USD. Features LCD screen, 2500 pre-loaded items, paper, wall and magnet kits. Plastic and aluminum, dimensions are 7 x 3 x 9 1/4". It prints on thermal paper. 150$ to tell me what to buy, no siree I think I shall stick to my paper / pen routine and take the chance of forgetting something. This one, they call it the Smart Shopper.
