Its not very similar though. This one costs almost $160 USD and is not just a concept but is aready production model that can be purchased. It runs off a single AA battery. The two sides of the clock rotate over the course of the day, allowing you to read the time in phrases like "a quarter to three" instead of 2:45, and "it's about six" instead of 6:00.

It measures 33 inches wide and is 4.5 inches in diameter.
