I am better at dissecting things, and throwing them away -- than assembling them. But, I am neither working in a high tech computer theatre, where you throw away hundreds of Intel’s Itanium processors -- in the junkyard -- to perform an upgrade in a super-computer -- nor I am Matt Tovey. The man got really inspired and excited -- from what I do not know -- he made a desktop using 434 thrown away processors. And guess what, the desktop fetched him a cool 800,000.00 USD. Now, who won’t be inspired by that ....
I non stop rankled my non-engineering brain to come up with some cool ideas -- pardon my amateurish try. Three words kept hitting my mind -- Itanium processors, speed and ET -- the result a SUPERO-UNO-COMPUTER to communicate with the Extra-Terrestrial.
The highly (highly) speedy one -- the highest performance computing system-- which processes all ET data, which we are not able to do at present, in spite of receiving radio waves from space.
We get to know them, communicate with them, make friends with them and then G-Talk, and yes, I forgot the millions.
If you think, it is the craziest idea, you ever read -- please tell me yours and the million dollar deal is all yours.
