Come September, and you will have one of the best camera feast. We have talked a lot about Sony and Canon’s September offering, time to see what O is coming up with in the entry level market. Olympus recently updated its Stylus series and this September, it is dishing up an excellent, all weather, and lightweight metal-bodied beauty -- “Stylus 820”.
Stylus 820 sports a 2.7-inches HyperCrystalTM LCD screen and less than 1 inch thickness, and it has a rubber gasket in the interior to ensure that rain, snow, dust, sleet, do not disturb a photo shoot and the pictures come crisp and clear.
This 8 mega-pixel CCD image sensor camera, with 5x optical zoom lens, features Face Detection Technology, Shadow Adjustment Technology, Perfect Shot Preview, Image Stabilization, and Preset Shooting Modes. Also has in-built red-eye removal, resizing, frames, text options, color brightness and saturation adjustment.
For a panoramic picture, it provides the option of in-camera panoramic photo shooting, which lets you stitch three images together to create that one Big Super Image. Looks like a good and chic camera, however it does not have any extra technology or features, but you cannot complain also, when you can hold this beauty only for $250.
