There is no month like September, and remember the Sept Camera feast, I have been talking about. The new entrant to join the September bandwagon is "Ricoh’s Caplio R7". This successor to Caplio R6, is a highly compact camera and sports a highly slim body only 20.6 mm at its thinnest point. The camera features 8.15 mega-pixels CCD and 7.1 x optical wide zoom lens.
This new Ricoh comes with the company’s new image processing engine – ‘Smooth Imaging Engine III’ -- capable of even more sophisticated image processing. There is the ubiquitous face detection technology but it introduces the brightness and color tone functions to allow you to edit pics on the camera. The slim chica is available in black, orange and silver for approximately -- £229.99. It is going to enthrall those, who believe in their hearts that small is beautiful and quite powerful. Perfect companion for youngsters and bubbly teenagers.
