Sony Pocket mini goes bling

Posted by Funkyguy on August 2, 2007 3:04 PM

sonypocketbitmini-lg.jpgI saw a pink pocket mini recently on friends girl, looked really chic on her so it comes as no big surprise that Sony has gone ahead and released a blingy version. Well mini blingy anyway, since the pocket mini did not go golden entirely, it merely took on a very classy golden trim. This golden trimmed gadget is available in black and white colors. This version is called as the USM-HX and also ships with a unique two-way case which lets the card's USB port either face outwards to connect to a PC or inwards to guard it during travel, with a swiveling cover providing an extra layer of security.

The drives will initially release in Japan as of September in 1GB ($34) and 2GB ($52) capacities and are expected to be launched in the States at a later date.
