Bright red or is it orange red, never mind -- but this digi-cam sports quite a bright look -- not one of the best but it surely can be nominated for the ugly-fugly competition. There is no pun intended, though if one ignores the outer appearance and looks deep inside its frame, one can surely find something good to talk about.

Weighing 8.1 ounces, the 4.7” x 3.1” x 1.7” Vivitar digi-cam has a 2”color TFT LCD display and a 4x digital zoom. Equipped with 6 mega –pixel CCD, one can click images at 2816 x 2112, 2272 x 1704, 1600 x 1200, and 640 x 480.

It runs on AA batteries, and has a board memory of 16MB, and also has a SD card slot, which can use cards up to 2GB. If you are a diver or an underwater explorer, take this camera along with you, one can take this camera as deep as 30 meter underwater.

Couple of weeks back, I had written about SeaLife DC600, another underwater camera, and if somebody asked me to choose, I would prefer SeaLife DC600, it not only scores in looks department but also is better and has more to offer.
