The dull and drab Microsoft for a change has designed something original, the – “Mobile Memory Mouse 8000”, it is the first rechargeable laptop mouse with 1 GB of flash memory built right into the transceiver. This Mice has been designed to prevent USB port shortage and works three ways simultaneously -- wirelessly, stores 1GB worth of files in its belly, and also recharges (innovative magnetic charging) the mouse without stopping your work.
It features an AAA rechargeable battery, which runs for more than three weeks on a full charge. You have two options, either to connect through 2.4GHz wireless or Bluetooth. This mouse creates a seamless connection between hardware and Windows Vista(R) with new access to the popular Windows Flip 3D feature right from the mouse. Other specifications are proprietary High Definition Laser Technology, a Tilt Wheel and two side buttons (Magnifier and Back).
It is scheduled to be available in October at an approx price of $99.95, however if you an impatient lot, visit Amazon and order one. The latest Microsoft offering seems to be a neat and highly efficient mouse for optimal performance.
