Toyota Prius be prepared to face competition, for Honda is in mood to attack with ‘Global Small Hybrid mule’. Though officially, Honda has not declared any thing but the process, to give a new option to car lover, is in the motion. This came to fore when spy cameras managed to catch a site of the car that is slated to be unveiled by 2009.
While the stable has yet to be make public its plans, the Small Hybrid mule has managed to make waves in the automobile world due to its high fuel efficiency and price tag.

It will cost lesser than Prius that is for sure. Its base price will be near about $ 17000. So, it may force Prius to reconsider its plan and offer better to the consumers. In this tough competition, car buyers will surely enjoy win-win game. And if Prius will still stick to its price tag, there are chances that a number of car buyers, who are looking for Prius, as an option, may turn towards mule. If unofficial sources are to be believed than Honda has plans to sell 2 lakh units world wide, in first year of its production.
