Pavilion dv2600 is being projected as a mobile entertainment solution and is targeting the ones who are looking for a high performing digital entertainment machine.
As it claims to be your mobile entertainment solution, it improves customers’ multimedia and internet experience, and comes with a number of features to do so. The special edition notebook is based on an Intel mobile computing platform and supports central processing units from the Core 2 Duo, with 2.2GHz, and is equipped with 4GB of DDR2 high speed memory.
It has an inbuilt 1.3 megapixel web cam, wireless network card, and users can choose from a an option list of three drives: a 24X DVD burner, a Super Multi 8x drive with Dual Layer support or a LightScribe enabled drive.
Without the graphic capabilities, it cannot claim to be your perfect entertainment companion. For the amateur gamers and ardent gamers, it offers different options to choose from. The ones low on game interest and also on cash, the new HP beauty offers the Intel X3100 integrated graphics solution——and for die-hard gamers it comes with Nvidia GeForce 8400M graphics solution.
Rest of the features are, wireless networking cards: Intel 3945ABG to 3945ABG+Bluetooth and 4965AGN+Bluetooth, it also comes with wired Ethernet port. The Pavilion dv2600 is equipped with three high-speed USB ports, one TV-out, audio, modem and FireWire IEEE 1394 ports.
The case is quite stylish and sports an earthy and chocolate brown color, and a laser-etched (by an inlaid moulding process) monogram gives it a charming look. It is going to cost you £999.
