Olympics are just around the corner, and in the land of red, China, so you cannot expect Lenovo to sit quietly and let others to hog the pre-game’s launches limelight. As a major sponsor of the Games, it has launched the Lenovo 3000 desktops PC range; each of the model has the Lenovo Olympic Games amalgamated logo.
The models available in the range are Lenovo 3000 J200, J200p and J205 tower and S200 desktops -- all are available both in silver and black. While J200p comes with Intel Core 2 Quad processors, the J200 and S200 versions are equipped with the AMD processor.
Other features are Gigabit Ethernet, integrated graphics, six USB ports, a chassis intrusion lock, PC lock slot, and optional DVD multi-burner along with TPM 1.2 data encryption on select models.
J200 is going to cost you £246, while J205, approx £309, and S200 has a price tag of around £263. All the models are available on the sales shelf. But, it is just the beginning of Olympic centric launches, wait for two more months and then you will see the real bonanza and the cat fight among the companies to outdo one another.
