It is old news that, Sony likes to be innovative when it comes to the form of its products. They contact best designers to create something which we all are scared to touch, lest we scar it. The latest to join Sony’s Oomph style zone is “Vaio Zoom”. This time it is the holographic technology brush that will make the big difference in appearance. The designer, Keno Setiawan takes the amazing holographic technology and squeezes it inside a thin glass form factor.
When the machine is switched off, the screen becomes completely transparent, and the keyboard turns opaque. That is what happens when you let the laptop sleep, but when you wake it up, as in switch it on, the touch-screen holographic fireworks begins.

At present, we have no information about its specs and features, as it is still in its concept phase. But, we know for sure, Sony won’t keep it long unwrapped in its stable. Watch out for more news, as soon as Vaio Zoom (the sub-brand name does not gel with the holographic tech laptop) news is released (or innocently leaked) in the blogosphere. It may take a month, a year or couple more years.
