Transcend has unveiled its latest offering——160GB StoreJet 2.5 SATA external hard drive. The stylish drive sports a polished aluminum case. You can connect it via USB 2.0, which facilitates speedy data transfer rate 480Mbps. If you have an old machine compatible with only USB 1.1, do not worry——this one works equally well with it also.

160GB StoreJet drive features OneTouch Auto-Backup button and StoreJet elite 2.0 software. The software takes care of back up scheduling, security and power saving functions.
It sheds the usually drab drive colors and comes in Silver, Titanium, and Blue. Silver one is capable of storing 80GB of data; Titanium colored drive has a capacity of 120GB. The boss among the trio is Blue, which has a whopping storage capacity of 160GB.
