Obviously Sonys honchos never went for basic Math classes. That way they would know that 65% of nothing is still nothing. But not Sony. Uh-huh.
The Bravia W4000 LCD series incorporates something new. Besides being a TV, taking a leaf out of the books of digital photo frames, this TV can be set to cycle through images from a USB based memory. Sony claims that this mode uses around 35 percent less power than TV watching mode.
Ok, so when I usually switch off my TV - which uses exactly 100 percent less power than TV watching mode, Sony wants me to leave it on and save 35 percent power. Somehow I just dont get it. But then thats why Harward never accepted me in the first place.
Change your pitch Sony and give us suckers a break.
Users can choose between a 32in, 40in, 46in and 52in W4000 set. Each size TV has a 1080p resolution and displays video content at 24 frames per second, meaning the playback speed of films will be equal to the speed at which they were recorded. The Televisions also have a large 178 degree viewing angle.
