eGPS is basically enhanced GPS and offers much more accurate tracking than traditional GPS could. Its faster and works even with low or almost no signal where traditional gPS would give up.

The accelerometer as the name suggests would enable the device to detect gravity and acceleration forces. This means that the handset will be able to understand gesture commands. Basically, something like the iPhone has currently.
