My mom used to always ensure that I had some soap paper in my wallet. She never trusted the public toilets to be well equipped. And more often then not she turned out to be right. But paper shampoo? And paper shaving cream to boot? Well unless our soldiers need this in Afghanistan or Iraq (which is unlikely given how well the army budgets it) - I dont see why we would need this stuff.

Unless of course you are going camping and have the urge to shave daily but dont want to increase weight by carrying the shave foam with you. That and your significant other wants to wash hair too. But if you really want to do these things , it would be preferable that you stay home then going camping in the first place.
