In case you havent kept count, we already have to roomba robotic cleaner for the house, the automatic robotic lawn mower and now this. That definitely leaves us to the mercy of robots if there were to be a Terminator like future. Though I seriously wonder what kind of damage could these baby bots inflict. The point however is that we are slowly but surely being taken over by these machines.

Coming from iRobot, a company that has considerable expertise in this sort of thing, one can expect the job to be well done. iRobot Verro 500 PowerScrub available at $999.99 is the one that will clean in-ground pools, floors to waterline in just 3 hours circulating 70+ gallons of water per minute, and capable of removing large and small debris down to 2 microns. It does not require installation, hoses or booster pumps, and can catch from leaves and hair to algae and bacteria, increasing distribution of chemicals and water temperature.
If you havent already installed all this for your pool or you are planning on getting a new pool dug, then this may be one way of saving a lot of dough. Besides its not just the first time installation for the pumps and likes, its the maintenance that kills you. The iRobot Verro 500 at USD $999 is of course the most expensive one and you can depending on your pool size and requirements go in for a cheaper one at $699 or even $399 (the most basic one).
