Thats right, this phone is one that lets you take it underwater and watch TV if for some reason, you cant do it on the surface like the rest of us mammals. Unless you are a dolphin who can communicate under the water, I wont be able to tell you how well the phone operates at any depth. But what I can tell you is that the DoCoMo F706i (yes, its Japan only - why do you even bother?) allows you to see digital TV underwater.
