For all you non-believers out there who believed that all the talk of a 3G iPhone was pure nonsense, here is something from an extremely trusted source. T-Mobile (Austria) has admitted that there is a 3G iPhone inexistence due to be announced soon. Apple has of course not verified any such claims, calling them rumors. T-Mobile Austria refused to say more claiming they were not allowed to say anything else. However they also mentioned that subscibers will find new contracts more flexible then before.

There have been several rumors claiming Apple is going to sell the 3G iphone unlocked , especially since Europeans have not reacted to the iPhone as well as could be hoped. One of the prime reasons is Apples unwillingness to allow users to unlock the handset and use it on a provider of their choice.
