The Wifi detecting Nike dunks do what other wearables such as T-shirts and straps already do. However no shoes (at least none that I know of) promised to detect WiFi signals. Its not just detection but also the strength of the network that shall be revealed to you courtesy of these sneakers. They are called as : A step in the right direction. Three LEDs go giving out steady light when they detect a WiFi network within 50 meters.
