Posted by Funkyguy on June 2, 2008 2:36 PM

Coming from Norway, the Think Electric Mobile is a small all-electric car. Since it takes in no fuel, its range is quite small only 110 miles at a full charge. Think is clearly targetted for travel within large cities only. Think will produce what the call The City and retail it for approximately 25,000 $ USD. The car is just hitting the market in Norway, Sweden and Denmark where a typical user drives the vehicle for a relatively short commuting distance and plugs it into an electric outlet in his garage to charge it overnight.

A 5 seater SUV, also all-electric is said to debut in Europe in 2010. The Think City will be produced in the States since the dollars weakness does not make sense for the company to ship it across the Atlantic. Think expects to sell about 30,000 to 50,000 cars a year in the States once the dealer networks are fully set up. The Think City shall be selling by 2009 at the latest in the USA.
