With the advent of the Internet, everyone thought that brick and mortar stores would be the hardest hit casualty. People would simply prefer to shop from the safety and convenience of their own homes. But boy og boy, were they ever wrong. People still prefer socialising and physically looking, touching and trying out the merchandise prior to purchase.

And this wins over the convenience factors any day. If you dont believe me then just have a look at how rapidly IT firms such as Apple and Microsoft are falling over themselves to set up retail outlets.
The latest to join the bandwagon seems to be designing genius Art Lebedev. You may have read about more than a few of their extremely inventive products on this blog. The most popular product from them is probably the Optimus Maximus.
The design studio is setting shop in New York at 575 Madison Ave. and E. 56th Street within the RCS Computer Experience store.
