I cant say its the greenest ever , especially since incinerating anything, not to mention shit does have its side effects in the form of some rather noxious fumes. But it does save water, at the expense of propane. It seems like a good idea , especially down-under which in case you do not know happens to be the driest continent on the planet. We are constantly battling water shortages and every little saving helps.

After a user does his business, he closes the lid and a large, screw-like auger turns and carries the waste to the burn chamber where the propane burner then bakes urine, feces and paper into ashes. It not just saves water but also saves the trouble of installing any sort of plumbing making the system completely portable ; not to mention hygenic.
