For the next time when someone asks you if you really need all those extra USB ports. I am surprised we havent seen any instances of devices causing a short on the motherboard thanks to the pleothra of devices that utilise the USB as a power source. After the USB heating slippers, heating gloves, Hello Kitty pals and Homer monitor lights we even had the USB powered fanny cooler.

Of course cooling simply the fanny is not enough, so we now have the air conditioned T-shirts. Though if you do work in a sweat shop where these would be useful, you might be hard put to find a USB port. The working is simple, the USB powered fans blow air constantly into the shirt keeping you cool and dry on hot moist days.
