At just 15 inches tall, he is a miniature version of the real R2 D2. But unlike those life size dolls, this one actually comes the closest to the on-screen one. He can even obey voice commands , walk around and play games. His retractable arm has enough strength to hold a 12 ounce beverage and bring it over for you.

Equipped with innovative speech-recognition technology, an infrared location sensor, and working sonar navigation, Interactive R2-D2 recognizes and reacts to 40 spoken phrases. Plot a course of up to 20 stored commands, and R2-D2 can navigate it. It even has sensors that prevent it from hitting any obstacles.
R2-D2 sings five tunes and plays five exciting games including Hide-and-Seek, Spin the Droid, Answer This, Room Sentry, and Dance Program. It also remembers famous characters from the Star Wars saga. Remind R2-D2 about the evil Darth Vader: it will cry and shudder in fear! R2-D2 can even play back Princess Leia's distress message from A New Hope.
