Seek: The concept GPS that leaves no strangers
September 1, 2008

A stranger to a new city is always easy to spot by the way he looks around at the places, attractions, hoping to take them all in so that he can remember where to go when the need so arises. This concept GPS called as the Seek promises to leave no strangers on our planet. Its to be worn on the wrist and opens up to reveal a large touchscreen display.

The objective of this GPS is to help the user by tying in with its own search engine allowing the user to look for local attractions such as theatres, best places to eat, drink coffee amongst others.

While I like the design of the product, I do think the USP is severely under-cut by the fact that the Apple iPhone already does this easily by integrating extremely well with Google maps.
