While the Segway never really took off due to its exorbitant price, we always loved the kind of technology that it show cased. Ease of riding , no pollution and an intelligent machine. The electric uni-cycle while winning on the self-balancing and effortless riding front , definitely looses out on comfort. The segway allowed you to keep standing ;

this decidedly uncomfortable uni-cycle has a distinctly chafy looking seat which is going to put off most riders. Forget the fat and flabby, or the thin and bony ; its going to require a lot of will power to perch their on top of a seat with nothing to hold on to.

The SBU is an electric self-balancing unicycle. It controls the forward and backward balance while the rider balances left and right. It a unique blend of machine and human balancing. The rider controls the speed by leaning forward or backward to speed up or stop.

Its straight out of the neighbourhood circus and is definitely not going to make it big.
