PC Notebook thats smaller than a cellphone : Inovio iKit
October 21, 2008

So we finally are hitting the barrier where a device (I havent made up my mind as to what to call it) ; which is smaller than a cell phone calls itself a notebook computer. Its got QWERTY and its got Linux with a built in webcam. It costs nearly 175$ and neither the price nor the features have made me think it any different from being a cell phone.

It can connect to the Internet using a standard Wi-Fi connection, or it can use your cell phone's mobile broadband connection via Bluetooth. I wont call it a notebook for just that, despite it having a host of applications. Its any smart phone on flight mode. Hell, the Sony Ericsson P910i did the same job and it didnt claim the laptop tag either. All in all, it looks like one, feels like one and acts like one. But the question is , does that make it one? - Inovio iKit
