A robot suit does all that you hoped it would and then some. It does indeed equip you with super-human strength enabling the wearer to feel how it would be to be Superman. Renting at 220,000 yen a month (2,200 $ USD) its certainly not cheap. But if you are an elderly billionaire whose legs and muscles have atrophied to the point where you cant even lift your own weight ; its either this or going and living on the moon. Since the latter option isnt exactly available at this point of time, you need to shell out some serious money.

The suit reads braing signals through the skin. So you just need to think something to control it, not exactly difficult. Its being called as HAL - hybrid assistive limb and comes in 3 sizes - large, small and medium depending on your stature. The University of California, Berkeley, and other researchers around the world are working on similar robotic suits that increase mobility.
While it sounds great, its something that needs to be looked into carefully. It sounds like the perfect thing for someone who wants to break into somewhere - the superhuman strength (with a few hacks) would enable one to lift weights / jump which would otherwise not be possible.
All we need is an Evil doctor who has gone nuts to complete the scenario before governments around the world begin cracking down. It does sound like an episode of Powerpuff Girls though , just with the Girls not being there in the real world.
