Its the toilet that Sherlock Holmes always wanted but could never get. Call it a limitation of design technology or simply unavailability of required materials.

Its actually an attempt at redesigning the ubuquitious toilet by Russians in some sort of a design contest. Of course they claim that its been inspired by a water drop ; but we all know what it really looks like.
