With New Years eve around the corner, its time to dust off the resolution book once again and push in a few new ones for 2009. Irrespective of whether you follow these for the next few hours or days (I dare you if you can make a resolution and stick to it for months), at least try. And more so if its something good, something such as giving up smoking - which happens to not have a single positive aspect to it.
