The Brother QuattroT is sure to put Granny in the groove. After all how many sewing machines come with a HD screen (and I kid you not)? The amazingly gadgetised sewing machine comes with 56 brilliant LEDs which light up the sewing platform.
And just so that granny still doesnt have to peer down into the abyss between needle and cloth , the HD display which takes its input from a camera over the needle allows one to set the magnification as well as angle. The fabric can even be automatically positioned by the machine for the perfect embroidery.
The display is a stunning 32 inch 260K colored one from Sharp. Brother should reveal pricing and availablity at CES.
