It was but a matter of time that web cameras went 3D. Whether to help you indulge in better cyber sex or just to get a better view of your growing grandchildren , the point is moot. But given that internet speeds still leave a lot to be desired, I dont know how much fun the Minoru shall be unless I get to review it. The designer seems to have made it fun to look at with its alien hammerhead look and two staring unblinking eyes.

The camera is able to offer stereoscopic effects in videos and 3D still pictures. Its compatible with most things you do on the net and that includes most IM programs. You could choose to switch to normal 2D mode when you finally get tired of the novelty (as I am sure you will) so its not a complete waste of money.
