Panasonic produces the Paperless Fax

Posted by Yash on January 3, 2009 3:27 PM

The paperless fax machine - the first of its kind , stores the incoming faxes in its memory. These can then be transferred to a computer via USB port (no printing there) and then on edited or if you must, printed. The fax is capable of displaying the incoming messages on its tiny screen or print it too.

It is also possible to send out faxes in the same manner. SMS style messages can be typed out on the keypad and sent as well. It’s possible to send documents saved in Word or other formats without having to use a PC. Panasonic will initially keep the product as a Japan only.
