In its first
avatar , TheEarthtimes.com was not the delightful marvel that
it has since evolved into. In fact it started off as 'just another
one of those blogs'. With the advent of Web 2.0 the requirement
for increased user interaction was felt. Gradually so many changes
were needed that we decided to go in for an entire facelift, only
that this one was not just skin deep.
The back end (servers and softwares which get together to bring this piece to you) got updated and changed; allowing us to communicate with you in a more easier, much faster way. TheEarthtimes.com intends to be a reflection of the earth where happenings in one region influence and cause changes in another thousands of kilometers away. Technology, Fashion are not subjects that can be bounded by borders and the name symbolises a global approach and a change in the manner of thinking of the team. We shall gradually phase away the Fashionfunky name and stick to TheEarthTimes.com So 'Hello World' from TheEarthtimes.com , we are here to stay , so strap in those seatbelts , the next few decades promise to take humanity into revealing the secrets of the cosmos - and we promise to hold your hand and explain the technological breakthroughs as we get there to the best of our abilities. |
