While having a coffee table sized NES controller may not be the final straw, using it to actually play games may very well be. Just another example of how Nintendo has managed to achieve a cult status with their products. The table in question even has loads of storage space inside it. Obviously the circuits dont take up much space since they were designed for a much smaller space.

Doom 4 has been announced by ID software. What makes this already interesting news all the more exciting is the fact that ID software has promised to develop this game in-house. The company has not released an internally-developed game since 2004's Doom 3; it is currently also working on the Mad Max-esque post-apocalyptic shooter Rage.

When I was young, I had something called as Glo-friends. Those were lovely little babies which could be charged up on any light and then glowed the night away. It let me think that this made me safe from the monsters of dark. Well little kids grow up and so did I graduating from Glo-Friends to PSPs - which did not glow.

Its not like Sony to break their word to consumers, but thats exactly what has happened down under in Australia. Sony promised Bravia buyers that they would get a free Playstation 3 console along with their purchase. The offer was valid from December 21 to January 28 - nearly five months ago.

Sony has yet to make good on its promise. Sony claims that they do not have enough stock, however a casual glance at any major store is enough to see there are plenty of Playstation 3s stacked up.

Love Mario Kart too much but dont like the fact that you have to stay glued to the telly all day to play it? Well heres a real life solution. Get the Mario Kart slot car racing game. The only drawback I find is that I cant select from all of my favorite characters but am restricted to Mario and Wario.
